This involved me walking up to people and engaging in conversation and asking them as to weather they would like to go in the draw or not and telling them what they had to do. As the expo finished at 4pm on the last day and we were required to stay until 5 so we were part of the pump out of the show. This meant that we had to wear our fluro vests and had to make sure that all the exhibitors were wearing fluro vests as a safety requirement.

We were then required to set up posters and signs in various parts of the expo. There were two different types of signs one had a floor plan of the show on them, and the other had a schedule of when the seminars would be held and at what times.
